Refund Policy

Automatic Renewal & Subscription Management
Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Any cancellation will apply at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods after the cancellation.

Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for new customers who request one within three (3) days of purchasing their subscription. This policy applies to both monthly and annual plans. After the three-day window, refunds are not available, even if the subscription is canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund
If you’re within the refund window and would like a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Support: Email our support team at support@kidshield.help or submit a request through our support portal.
  • Include Details: Provide the email associated with your account and the reason for the refund request. This helps us improve our services.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods. Once a refund is issued, access to premium features will be terminated.
  • Multiple Refunds: Customers who repeatedly request refunds may be flagged for review and could be denied future refunds.
