KidShield is a parental control subscription for Android and iOS family devices. Plans include a 3-day free trial and are billed annually after the trial unless cancelled before billing begins.
Free Trial
You can evaluate KidShield during the 3-day free trial before the first annual charge. To avoid billing, cancel before the trial ends.
Annual Subscription Charges
After the 3-day trial, the selected plan renews annually until cancelled. Pricing, device limits, and annual billing amounts are shown on the Pricing page.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the transaction date. The transaction date is the date a paid charge is completed after the free trial or at renewal.
Payment Provider Policy
Refund requests for KidShield purchases processed by Paddle are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@kidshield.help with your account email, plan name, order reference, and reason for the request. You can also use the live chat widget on this website for billing guidance and support follow-up.
Cancellation Help
You can cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Contact support if you need help finding your subscription or confirming cancellation.
